Be thankful every day of the year!

Tehillim [Psalm] 116:17 “I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving and will call upon the name of the Lord”,  Psalm 50:14 “Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; and fulfill your vows to the most High”, Psalm 50:23 “Whosoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me; and to him will I show the way of the salvation of our God”.  Giving thanks to ELOHIM should not be just a one day a year event but should be a daily offering. Are you grateful to HIM for all HE has done for you or do you believe that everything in your life comes from your own hands not HIS? Election Day in the USA

A friend of mine sent me an email which I opened this election morning. In it he said that we must “MOVE ABBA’S HEART THIS DAY” [ABBA is Our Father in Heaven – it is Hebrew for father]. My friend said that “our worship must be fragrant, our prayers fervent”. In the beginning of Numbers [in Hebrew B’Midbar] 15, vows and offerings that make a pleasing aroma to Adonai [Hebrew word for the Lord or Yah] are talked about. In Revelation 5:8, it talks about “gold bowls filled with pieces of incense which are the prayers of God’s people”. In Revelation 8:3, it talks about how an angel added a large quantity of incense to the prayers of God’s people and the smoke of the incense went up with the prayers of God’s people. There is much we do that is not pleasing or fragrant to Our Abba in Heaven, even our prayers, so that HE must add incense to our prayers so that the smoke of them is more pleasing to HIM even!
