Who is the bright and morning star of Revelation 22:16?

Revelation 22:16  “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.”

Daniel [Dani’el] 12:3And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.

Based on examining what looks to be all verses concerning “morning stars”, I believe that it is mainly a special designation for a “bright” person who “shines” and “sparkles like a star” turning others to righteousness, and also is used for certain angels/messengers/hosts. I also believe that King David is the “bright and morning star” referred to in Revelation 22:16, not JESUS/YESHUA. Please examine the Scriptures below and the comments with them. Continue reading

The Wedding Garment is our Righteousness…how ready are you for CHRIST’S return?

If YAHSHUA/JESUS/JOSHUA returned during your lifetime, would you be ready, especially if it was sooner rather than later? Would you be a guest with a wedding garment on or one that did not put one on and was thrown outside? HE said to always be ready, so are you? Are you blemish/defect, stain/spot, and wrinkle free [Ephesians 5:27] and clean vs unclean? Are you righteous? Continue reading

My story – part 2 – on my own

“Do not love the world or the things of the world. If someone loves the world, then love for the Father is not in him: because all the things of the world – the desires of the old nature, the desires of the eyes, and the pretensions of life – are not from the Father but from the world. And the world is passing away, along with its desires. But whoever does God’s will remains forever.” I Yochanan [I John] 1:15-17. I was 21 and looking to get out of the “emotional black hole” that was my parent’s house that I felt was sucking the life from me. I had just started dating and was naive and emotionally/socially immature because of lack of socialization and how my mother schooled me. My father had wanted me to join the Navy but I wanted to be on my own, away from authority that I did not agree with. Continue reading
