Joel Rosenberg – War Games: Iran, Russia, China, Syria

A friend forwarded me the information below which Joel Rosenberg posted on his Flash Traffic blog. I had read either last year or the year before on Yahoo Finance that China was starting to build its military forces and that they have many barges filled with mineral resources [coal/copper/etc] sitting at docks all around their coastline. They are also accumulating gold, large diamonds, and water. What is also interesting to me is that some translations of the Old Testament [Covenant/the Hebrew Tanakh] say “Gog” in verses like Yechezk’el [Ezekiel] 38:18 while an Aramaic translation I like says “China” [Holy Bible from the Ancient Eastern Text – George Lamsa]. One possibility could be that Gog and Magog were ancient tribes of modern China. Continue reading

My story – part 2 – on my own

“Do not love the world or the things of the world. I was 21 and looking to get out of the “emotional black hole” that was my parent’s house that I felt was sucking the life from me. I had just started dating and was naive and emotionally/socially immature because of lack of socialization and how my mother schooled me. My father had wanted me to join the Navy but I wanted to be on my own, away from authority that I did not agree with. Continue reading
